Abstract

Developments in information technology takes place very quickly. One is the advent of mobile technology  Acess. The use of these services has been expanded to all regions in Indonesia, not least Bogor and surrounding areas. One of the study to answer these problems is through the study of information technology adoption process is to identify which factors are affecting the acceptance and use of Broadband Mobile Access and conduct testing to discover the diversity of the interaction of sex, level of education and region of the factors that support Study of Acceptance and Use of Mobile  Internet Access For Facility Services Case Study: Regional Bogor. Thus, the model that will be used to assess the acceptance and use of Mobile  Acess is through modeling approaches Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology developed by Venkatesh (2003), which has found four constructs that appear to be significant determinants of direct use Behavior that Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Conditions to explain and predict the acceptance and use of technology by users. And for the collection of data in this study were obtained through questionnaires and subsequently processed data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics and AMOS Graphics. These factors, among others, perceived usefulness, perceived availability, perceived quality, perceived enjoyment, social influence, prices, user attitudes, and intentions to use. Data processing method used is the Structural Equation Model using AMOS software. of processing these data showed that the perception of availability had no effect on user attitudes. Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze what criteria- criteria that need housing in the election. Criteria - criteria are then compared and in the search order of priority. In addition to the criteria in the choice of housing is also in search of any alternative housing that matches the desired criteria. Using data from the respondents are of cooperative employees and lecturer at the University of Indraprasta then do analysis using Hirarcy Process Analytical methods using a software expert choice. This type of research is descriptive research that aims to solve existing problems based on variables obtained from the literature. These variables are used to analyze the respondents' housing will be selected. The analysis will be in the scoring through a questionnaire and processed using AHP with the aid of Expert Choice software. Through software and methods that will get the most superior priority criteria as decision support for selecting housing. The author can draw the conclusion that the method of AHP adalan exact method used for the process of selecting alternative perumahan.Dengan using AHP showed housing election by order of housing is housing De Marco, Cibinong Green View and Ambar Waringin Elok. Keywords: AHP, criteria, house.

Abstract

The trend is happening today, many students simply follow the opinion of parents, friends. With just base this opinion and without reviewing a student’s ability to make decision that are very contrary to the interest and talents. Consequently happens after that, that is laziness learning and decreased overcome the problems of error in choosing this department takes a decision support system capable of performing calculations of value, and intereset owned by senior high school students to help determine the appropriate department. The system uses fuzzy logic used c-means (FCM) which requires some input of the average value of report cards semester and second semester, and the average value of tests of academic potential. With this approach, students are expected to be able to choose an appropriate high school majors. Key Word: Decision Support System, Election Departement, interest, algorythm, Fuzzy C-Means.

Abstract

. Evaluation of the result from student’s studies could be an expectation for the student to go to the next step to continue the next grade at vocational high school. Too many subject ate to be done by students. From the result of the subject which being tested, school can get the average, then school will decided their students can continue to the next grade or not. The prediction for decided about students can go to the next grade or not till this time still in manual and data takes by the result from the end of semester. All predection almost the same with classification which will happen in the future it can be a constraint for the school to manage the rank to solve how to decided about the rank level for the student. The constraint can be solved with analysis which using 3 algorithm C45, algorithm Support Vector Machine and Neural Network. From the result of the research with analysis three of them we’ll know that algorithma Support Vector Machine have high in accuration. Abstract

By progressing of technology, it will help for making an application to detect some sympomts of epilepsi. The epilepsi is generally in all stage of age, baby, kids, adolescent, adult and old people. Epilepsi can be happened because of there is distraction of neuro in cerebelum so it will make awareness, emotion, halusination, convultions, and painful in head. By applying and implementing expert system is being an application that can diagnose epilepsi, so the doctors can diagnose faster, easier and efective. Beside that the expert system si usefull to replace human by using the computer program, it also help doctors to check their patient and the benefit of this system is really needed. Keywords: expert system, Neurology, Epilepsy

. In the development of business,credit problems remain tobe studie reveal edinteresting. Most problems the system imposed b ythe bank but the problem occur spreci selyt the human resources to manage credit, either on itsrelationship with the consumer or the mistake in leasing the wrong predictions in assessing consumers who apply for credit. Some computers have a lot offiel dresear chconductedto reduce the credit risk of causing harm to the company. In this study a comparison algorithm C4.5, KNN and theneural network which is appliedto the data consumer who gets the credit worthiness of motor good receptionis problematic in the install mentpaymentor not. The current methodhas not beenable to determinethe appropriatedata mining. Abstract

. In advance of the Nation takes generations of smart and intelligent. One important factor is education, but many students who have the ability and great potential can not attend school because they can not financially but also many students who are capable of receiving a scholarship. In the educational environment, especially schools there should be some rules or classification in determining the students who received scholarships. Therefore, in this study the algorithm Support Vector Machine (SVM) which is applied to the data the students who got beasiswa.Penelitian aims to measure the level of accuracy of SVM algorithm, in the selection of scholarship recipients in vocational YAPIMDA Jakarta. From the test results to measure the performance of the algorithm using Cross Validation testing methods, Confusion Matrix and ROC curve, it is known that the algorithm Support Vector Machine (SVM) has the highest value of accuracy is 85.82%. Keywords: Scholarship, Education, Support Vector Machine (SVM)

Abstract

Malware has existed for more than 40 years, according to the report from Panda Security on it’s annual report, only within 3 months there’s been about 205.000 until 225.000 new variants. Malware does not only attack the PC (Personal Computer), but also a mobile phone which has an operating system. The enterance of malware into gadget is caused by users when doing activities such as social media, download, open email attachments or even when accidentally press the advertisement which containing malware. This study discusses about the process of making a web-based application which can be used to detect malware using CURL as a trigger in the process of scanning that can give orders to the AVG Theard Labs to check the URL. Keywords: malware, malware scanner, CURL, PHP, web

Abstract

Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) adalah teknologi 3G yang telah ditetapkan oleh International Telecommunication Union (ITU). Dalam penelitian ini dibahas perencanaan dan analisis base station untuk jaringan sistem komunikasi bergerak berbasis WCDMA di wilayah sub urban Kecamatan Ciracas Jakarta Timur.Dari sisi perencanaan dilakukan estimasi jumlah pelanggan potensial, estimasi kebutuhan trafik, perhitungan link budget perangkat, dimensi sel, jumlah sel yang dibutuhkan per wilayah untuk mencakup area layanan, dan perhitungan path loss maksimum tiap base station. Dari sisi analisis penempatan base station, dilakukan perhitungan dan simulasi agar mendapat area cakupan yang optimal sesuai dengan kapasitas dan topologi areanya. Untuk mempermudah analisis penempatan base station, maka digunakan software Google Map, Google Earth dan RadioWoks.Penempatan base station dengan mempertimbangkan daerah sub urban berdasarkan data kepadatan penduduk dan struktur bangunannya. Setelah didapat perkiraan penempatan pada Google Map, maka hasil penempatan tersebut akan diplot ke dalam Google Earth. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mendapat alamat dan plot bangunan di sekitar site. Setelah didapat plot bangunan di sekitar site, maka dilakukan simulasi dengan RadioWork, agar diketahui besarnya path loss maksimum di setiap daerah tidak melebihi MAPL sebesar 141,9 dB (untuk voice) dan 133,8 dB (untuk data).

Abstract

Teknologi informasi berkembang pesat dan berperan penting dalam segala bidang. Sebagian besar bidang pekerjaan sudah menggunakan komputer dan mobilephone sebagai alat bantu dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Selain untuk mendukung pekerjaan teknologi komputer dan mobilephone juga sebagai media informasi. Sistem aplikasi komputer dan mobilephone terdiri dari bagian-bagian hardware dan software yang terintegrasi dalam kesatuan untuk kebutuhan manusia dalam memperoleh informasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yaitu suatu metode penelitian yang ditujukan untuk menggambarkan fenomena-fenomena yang ada, yang berlangsung saat ini atau saat yang lampau. Penerapan dalam artikel ini dicontohkan dengan sistem operasi/aplikasi MS Windows dan Android. Tujuan dari penulisan ini agar masyarakat umum mendapat gambaran dalam mengoptimalkan sistem aplikasi untuk peningkatan kinerja. Kata Kunci: Sistem aplikasi, teknologi informasi, komputer dan mobile phone.
